How to contact our Customer Support
and report your problem

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that starting April 2009, we have new system for you to contact our Customer Support and report all of your problems, detail are listed below:

1. Via SMS (new)

example:

  - title = title of your problem
- description = description of your problem
- Avoid sending long sms
- Please follow the instructions provided

2. Via Email (new)

Format Normal Email
Send to ticket@blueline.co.id
  - Plain text email is preferabled
- Please follow the instructions provided

3. Via Phone call

Format Normal Call
Number (0361)769-355, press 1 for Technical Support
  Please prepare your identity, before contacting us:
- For SOHO Customers : Your Name and User ID.
- For Hostpot Customers : Your Name and CARD ID.
- For Business Customer : Your Name and Company Name.
- Describe your problem clearly including Error Messages in your screen (computer) if any.

4. Via Online Chat

For point 1 and 2, please register your mobile number and email address by phone to (0361) 769355 or by email to cs@blueline.co.id in order to use the new system. You can register more than one mobile numbers or email addresses.

You will receive a Ticket Number for your complain from Blueline's Helpdesk. Your Ticket Number means your complain has been logged in the system. And it will be easier for you to track the process of the troubleshooting.
Should your problem has not been solved completely, don't hesitate to contact Blueline again and inform your Ticket Number to Our Helpdesk Staff.

Our Technical supporter team is available for 24 hours, Technical visit available during office hours from Monday - Saturday (09.00 - 17.00).
